Terms and conditions

Furnished rental for exclusive residential use for short tourist stays. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The booking becomes firm upon receipt of the 30% deposit of the total amount. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the entire stay is paid at confirmation.

Rates are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The municipal tourist tax is payable on site. Included services are detailed in the stay summary (final cleaning, bed and bath linen).

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
• Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% withheld.
• Less than 14 days: no refund.

Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended and remains the traveller's responsibility.

Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am. Any specific time must be agreed in advance.

A deposit of €500 is required on arrival, returned within 7 days of departure after inventory.

• Respect the neighbourhood and the villa's house rules.
• Do not exceed the number of guests declared.
• Return the property in good clean condition.
• Pets accepted only on prior request.

DueVenti declines all responsibility in case of theft or damage to the tenant's personal effects. Holiday insurance is required.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be governed by Italian law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Asti.
